About Us
Established in 1966 Corniche Cleaning Services LTD is a family owned business. Now into our fifth decade of trading, we offer a reliable and friendly cleaning service to local businesses and organisations. We rate customer satisfaction very highly and testament to this is the large number of long standing clients we have on our books.
We provide a comprehensive range of cleaning services for office, retail and commercial clients. Our flexible approach means we can offer the solution to most cleaning needs our clients may have.
We have invested in the latest equipment in order to carry out our work to the highest standards possible. The Reach & Wash system that we use for window cleaning delivers 100% pure water from van mounted tanks up through carbon fibre poles and onto the dirty window. The pure water seeks out dirt without the use of chemicals or detergents. The Reach and Wash system eliminates the need for a ladder.

What we offer
Window Cleaning
For office, retail & commercial clients.
Our external window cleaning is carried out predominantly using the Reach and Wash system from the ground floor. Enabling us to reach up to heights of 45ft. This system uses purified water which is pumped from our van mounted tanks through carbon fibre poles to the window. The water on the window is simply left to dry leaving a clean finish.
External window cleaning is normally offered to clients on an on-going 4 week basis, although we can be flexible on frequency and offer one-off cleans if required.
Internal window cleaning involves a more traditional approach, as well as anything over 45ft.
We frequently use Cherry Pickers & MEWPs for access to high level windows which are then cleaned using an applicator and squeegee.
Cladding Cleaning
Cladding cleaning is carried out mainly using our water fed poles from the ground floor, however sometimes we do require MEWPs or Man lifts to reach specific areas such as bull nose guttering to the very top and soffits at great height.
Cladding becomes dirty over time through several different factors such as environmental fallout, bird droppings and green algae growth.
We do offer regular maintenance cleaning as well as one off cleans.
Jet Washing
Our Jetwash is a cold water fed 3500PSI Petrol powered machine.
This allows us to work with only a water supply from site, helping to minimise disruption.
From Carparks & Block Paviors to Pathways & Driveways. We have the necessary equipment to tailor to every request.
Soft Washing
Soft Washing is a chemical based clean which negates the need for very high pressure to remove dirt, mould & algae growth.
This has many advantages which include very minimal erosion & damage to the surface and also requires much less drainage requirements.
The results are just as good as using high pressure.
Solutions are applied directly to the cleared surface in a very controlled and measured manner to protect surrounding areas.
Dilution ratios are always site specific to make sure best results are achieved and as safely as possible.
Gutter Clearing
Our Gutter clearing is carried out mostly from the ground floor using the latest professional level equipment.
Our Gutter Vac is driven by not one, but three motors totalling 3600W. This is powered by our very capable generator as suction this strong would blow any domestic level power supply.
This allows us to work independently and in remote locations if necessary.
Ofcourse some sites require MEWP access which we are happy to self operate.
Gutter, Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
Cleaning Gutter Exterior, Fascias & Soffits make a very big difference to the appearance of any property.
Our Water fed poles are ideal for cleaning these areas without the need for access equipment in almost all cases or repeat trips up & down a ladder with a bucket like years gone by.
The continual flow of water through our poles helps wash away the dirt as we aggravate with the soft bristle brushes.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Our wet soil extraction carpet cleaning machine delivers a sprayed liquid cleaning solution directly to the carpet or upholstery.
The twin extraction vacuum motors then remove the now liquified soiling from the carpet fibres with exceptional suction strenght.
The water extraction leaves the surface slightly damp and does require a drying time, but the surface is now clean and the first thing to note is the freshness.
